Costco (Honolulu and other locations)

We go to Costco once a month at the most and every time I go there I notice more and more organic products and that’s great! They sell in bulk, so if you need just a little bit, then it’s probably not the best option. Costco membership is required to shop there. Costco has 4 locations on Oahu.

Food Pantry (Waikiki, Honolulu)

Food Pantry is the only grocery store in Waikiki. It has few organic items, but it’s better than none because not long ago they had none at all. They also sell organic sulfite free red wine. Recently, the main Food Pantry in Waikiki closed down. But the other location remains open.

Don Quiqote (Honolulu)

Don Quiqote is mostly non-organic, but we go there sometimes because they have best prices on organic mushrooms. Due to the Fukushima nuclear disaster I would not recommend any products that come from Japan at this time as a result of radiation contamination concerns including rice, sake, tea, seafood, etc.

Foodland (various locations)

Foodland carries some selection of organic products, but I usually shop at the other places listed above.
